4  | SMS/MMS Consent & Opt-Out

First text includes: identity, STOP opt-out, HELP keyword, “Msg & data rates may apply,” and link to this policy.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time. Opt-out is immediate; you will receive a confirmation text.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with transaction partners you authorize (lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors); with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., Dialpad, Cloze CRM) under confidentiality agreements; when required by law or regulatory bodies.

 

6  | Data Retention & Security

Records are kept for at least seven (7) years, or longer where law or brokerage policy requires. We use encryption in transit, role-based access, and multi-factor authentication on all cloud platforms.

7  | Your Rights

Under PIPEDA (Canada) and, where applicable, GDPR/CCPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold; ask for corrections or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations); withdraw consent to marketing communications.

8  | Cookies & Tracking

We use first-party cookies and Google Analytics to measure site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; doing so will not block access to property listings but may degrade certain features.

9  | International Visitors

 

Our servers are located in Canada and the United States. By using this site, you consent to cross-border data transfer as described here.
